Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-06-05
Welcome to ChannelForge. By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the ChannelForge platform (the “Service”), you (“User”) agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
ChannelForge is a software platform that provides a structured pipeline to plan, produce, and operate faceless YouTube channels through a deterministic Run-based workflow. The Service does not include YouTube accounts, video monetization, traffic generation, or any guarantee of audience, revenue, or algorithmic outcomes.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service.
3. Account
You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information at registration and to keep it up to date. You must notify us at support@channelforge.com of any unauthorized use.
4. Plans, Billing, Cancellation
Subscriptions are billed every 4 weeks via Stripe. The only variable across plans is the number of Runs available per week. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Foundation Kit is a one-time charge and is non-refundable once the onboarding flow has begun.
Refund policy: due to the immediate provisioning of digital infrastructure, subscriptions and Foundation Kit charges are non-refundable except where required by applicable law (in the EU, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days of purchase unless you have already used the digital content; by starting your first Run you waive this right).
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use the Service to:
- Generate content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
- Generate content that violates YouTube's Community Guidelines, Terms of Service, or any applicable law.
- Produce content involving minors in unsafe contexts, sexually explicit material, hate speech, harassment, or incitement to violence.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or circumvent the technical limits of the Service.
- Resell, sublicense, or white-label the Service without written authorization.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.
6. Content Ownership
You own the videos, scripts, and other content generated for your channels through the Service (“User Output”). You grant ChannelForge a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, store, transmit, and analyze your User Output and performance metrics for the sole purpose of operating and improving the Service. Aggregated and anonymized performance signals may be used to improve the algorithm-learning layer of the Service.
7. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third-party providers (e.g., Supabase, Stripe, Vercel, AI inference providers, YouTube). Your use of those providers is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or changes in those providers.
8. No Guarantees
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” ChannelForge does NOT guarantee views, subscribers, revenue, monetization, algorithm ranking, or any other YouTube outcome. Building a channel is a long-term effort that depends on niche, execution, and external platform behavior outside our control.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChannelForge's aggregate liability arising from or related to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, profits, data, or goodwill.
10. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, fraud, abuse, or risk to other users or the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately; provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
11. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced through the Service or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Verona, Italy, unless mandatory consumer-protection law of your country provides otherwise.
13. Contact
